Serendipity: a happy discovery.
So, on I searched. I researched everything: food, herbs, natural products, homeopathy, conventional medicines, I researched it all. And what I found was this:
Freedom to express the beauty of nature through holistic health and natural living not only promotes health, but is essential to health.
The sciences are wonderful, in fact necessary, to sometimes lead us on the right path toward our needs. I am grateful for all the evidence based research I can access when needed, and when modern medicine, conventional living, and amenities of convenience offer me something I am desperate for.
But, you cannot deny the healing powers you will find in the beauty of nutrition, the complexity of plants, and the wisdom of simplicity. Just because something isn’t proven, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work, and just because something is proven, that doesn’t make it infallible.
At a certain point, we must believe in science, but also have faith. There is a place where definitive proof ends, and miracles take over.
So, tell me. Are you free?
Why Naturally Free Life?
Simply put, I believe it is essential to our well being to have the freedom to make our choices based in the freedom to chose what is best for us and our families exactly where we are at.
I am free spirited mama to two beautiful babies, an oilfield wife, natural living junkie, Jesus follower, and the writing extraordinaire behind Naturally Free Life where I help others embrace natural, live healthy, and be free.
A hippie by day and a science nerd by night, I am the perfect blend of both left and right brain.
With a degree and experience in Medical Laboratory Science, I will always love the holistic complexity and inner workings of the human body.
Here on the blog you will find my musings, thoughts, and research on graceful parenting, natural living, and holistic health.
